All tours sold by Grand Majesty Travel & Tours Co. Ltd. are subject to the following conditions:

Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit which is equal to 40 % of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking for group tours, tailor-made tours, and hotel reservation. The full or final payment is required when receiving the Confirmation Service Voucher from our office in Yangon.
Receipt of your deposit or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.
The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Grand Majesty Travel and Tours Co Ltd. and its clients. It is essential that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as their quotations, itineraries, and other relevant communication from our travel advisors.
Note: For some products and services and for late bookings we may ask you to pay the full amount at one time. If you do not make full payment for your arrangements by the required date we will consider the booking cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit paid.
Kindly requested you to bring new USD notes. Because in Myanmar it is very difficult to use an old / torn notes, even with ink stain we cannot use. Those advance deposit can be process by via bank transfer to following address.

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.


After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the programmes which are not utilized by the clients.


All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via fax or e-mail. The following rules apply for cancellations:

* 45- 30 days prior to departure date, the total deposit paid to us (40% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees.

* 29 ~ 15 days prior to departure: 60% of total amount of the tour cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.

* Within 14 ~ 7 days prior to departure: 80% of total charge.

* Within 7 days and No-Show: 100% of total charge.
